Ol’ Army Ranch is family owned and operated and there is nothing we love more than sharing our little piece of Texas with you! We are located about 20 miles West of College Station which makes us a fantastic location for Texas A&M gameday weekends. Ol’ Army Ranch is a multi-use venue offering hunting, fishing, shooting sports, guesthouse, and pavilion. Our ranch activities can be combined in numerous ways to create the perfect venue for you. Hunting
Hunting on our property includes trophy whitetail hunting, axis deer hunting, and hog hunting.
Fishing
We routinely stock our lake with bass, perch, and catfish so if you enjoy fishing you will love casting your line off the guest house back deck.
Shooting Sports
We also boast of having sporting clay shooting with 5 separate shooting stations.
Lodging
The house is a rustic timber framed barn style home perfect for Aggie game day stays or relaxing weekend visits.
Location
We are nestled away about 20 minutes away from Kyle Field, and Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park, in College Station which makes our rental perfect for any Aggie gameday weekend.
Just 10 miles outside of Caldwell, Ol’ Army Ranch is located on a large swathe of secluded ranch land. We’re also located just 29 miles from the heart of College Station, and 28 miles from Bryan, resulting in a quick, easy drive.
Spending your weekend at Chilifest? We’re only a 10 minute drive away which makes transporting all your chili fest gear, and your friends, a simple and short excursion. Or are you coming to spend the day at Kolache Fest in Caldwell? Make a weekend out of it and stay with us.
